This study focuses on four prominent luxury brands\u2014BMW, AUDI, VOLVO, and MSD\u2014to evaluate whether consumers perceive a significant difference in their quality and service. Studies like the Global Automotive Consumer Study highlight that emotional connection and after-sales experience are the primary drivers of high ratings in the premium segment.
