Problem Introduction<\/span><\/b>:-\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>The COVID-19 pandemic significantly accelerated the adoption of online learning platforms, transforming traditional education systems worldwide. While this shift ensured continuity in education, it also introduced various challenges for students, such as internet connectivity issues, lack of suitable learning environments, and difficulties in maintaining focus during virtual sessions. The absence of face-to-face interaction further impacted peer collaboration and social engagement. However, some students appreciated the flexibility of recorded lectures, self-paced learning, and access to diverse educational resources. This research aims to explore students’ experiences with online learning platforms and overall student well-being.<\/span><\/p>\n

Objective<\/span><\/b> :- To understand the underlying issue of the problem.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Literature Review :<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/b>The effect of students\u2019 online learning experience on their satisfaction during the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The literature review highlights that online learning has become a prominent trend in higher education, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, with researchers exploring strategies to enhance student satisfaction and engagement (Muzammil et al., 2020; Yousaf et al., 2022). Factors influencing satisfaction include personal aspects like age and GPA, and institutional aspects such as teaching quality, course content, and instructor feedback (Marzo Navarro et al., 2005; Appleton-Knapp and Krentler, 2006). The study applies the Expectation Confirmation Theory to examine how meeting students’ expectations positively impacts their satisfaction with online learning (Jiang and Klein, 2009).<\/span><\/p>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/b>Students\u2019 Experiences in Using Online Learning Applications Due to COVID-19.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The literature highlights the significant shift in educational practices following the COVID-19 pandemic, emphasizing the increasing reliance on online learning platforms. Studies reveal that while these platforms offer flexibility, enhanced resource access, and self-paced learning, they also present challenges such as technical issues, lack of engagement, and reduced peer interaction. Researchers have explored students’ adaptability, satisfaction, and overall experience, indicating that platform usability and content delivery greatly influence learning outcomes. Furthermore, the psychological impact of prolonged screen time and social isolation has emerged as a key concern in online education.<\/span><\/p>\n
