The physical presence of teachers and peers creates a supportive environment that promotes collaboration and motivation, ultimately enhancing academic performance (E-School News, 2024).<\/p>\n

Development of Interpersonal Skills: An article from LearnWorlds emphasizes that traditional classrooms cultivate essential interpersonal skills that are vital for future employment. In-person learning allows for direct communication and teamwork, which are often lacking in online settings. This face-to-face interaction fosters a sense of community and accountability among students, positively impacting their motivation and confidence (LearnWorlds, 2022).<\/p>\n

For the above problem, following are 5 questions which were framed to be answered on Likert scale with 1 to 5 points. 100 students from ITM Business School – MBA College in Kharghar were surveyed & for each question which was coded as 1 to 5, mean, standard deviation, standard error and t-stat\u00a0was\u00a0calculated.<\/p>\n
