Introduction<\/strong>:
The purpose of the study is to understand the academic challenges faced by students in their daily lives. Many students encounter difficulties such as concentrating on their studies, feeling the pressure of the competitive environment, losing motivation to study, managing time efficiently, and experiencing a decline in creativity. Acknowledging these challenges to educators may bring about solutions and foster conducive learning environments.<\/p>\n

Objective<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

To understand the underlying issues of that problem.<\/p>\n

Literature Review<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Radhika (2022) examined obstacles to academic success across all education levels, advocating for strategies like diverse teaching methods and enhanced concentration and motivation to overcome challenges and achieve educational goals.<\/p>\n

Azad, Yash and Harbani (2024) found higher academic stress in students regarding teaching methodology in Himachal Pradesh, India, but no significant gender differences overall. They emphasized the importance of effective environmental management for mental health, noting a positive correlation between environmental mastery and personal inadequacy.<\/p>\n

Data Collection<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

For the above problem, 5 questions were framed on likert scale with 1-5 points. 100 Students from KBS were surveyed and for each question which was coded as 1 to 5 Mean, Standard Deviation, Standard Error and t-stat was calculated.<\/p>\n
