Introduction:<\/strong> This survey aims to gather insights on various aspects of life in Kharghar including amenities, infrastructure, community, engagement and more.<\/p>\n

Objectives:<\/strong> To understand the underlying phenomenon of living experience In Kharghar.<\/p>\n

“Kharghar, a well-planned and developing locality on the Mumbai-Pune Highway in Navi Mumbai, is fast becoming a sought-after residential hub. With its strategic location, connectivity, and proximity to essential services, Kharghar is emerging as an ideal place for families looking to settle in a thriving community. “<\/p>\n

Data Collection:<\/strong> 5 questions were put on google form and circulated to 100 students of ITM. For every question mean, Standard Deviation, Standard Error and T-stat was calculated by us.<\/p>\n

Question1:<\/strong> Kharghar is quite clean.<\/p>\n

Result:<\/strong> For question1, accept null hypothesis as T-Stat = 0.10 which is between 1.96 and 1.96 meaning people are neutral towards this statement.<\/p>\n

Question 2 :<\/strong> Accessibility of public transport in Kharghar is good.<\/p>\n

Result:<\/strong> For question 2, accept the alternate hypothesis as T-stat is less than -1.96 meaning people are negative towards the statement.<\/p>\n

Question 3:<\/strong> There is easy availability of recreational facilities in Kharghar.<\/p>\n

Result:<\/strong> For question 3, accept null hypothesis as T-statis between 1.96 and -1.96\u00a0 i.e. 0.09. Therefore people are neutral towards this statement.<\/p>\n

Question 4:<\/strong> Kharghar is safe and secure.<\/p>\n

Result:<\/strong> For question 4 accept the null hypothesis as T-stat is between 1.96 and -1.96 i.e. 0.12. Hence, people are neutral towards this statement.<\/p>\n

Question 5:<\/strong> I am quite satisfied with overall infrastructure of Kharghar.<\/p>\n

Result:<\/strong> For question 5, accept the alternate hypothesis as the T-stat -0.17 which is less than -1.96. Meaning people are negative towards this statement.<\/p>\n
