engineering company that was founded in 1983 by Sharad Shah. It is headquartered in Navi
Mumbai, Maharashtra, and is currently led by his son, Rahul Shah. PDS is a Tier 2 defence
company, which means that it supplies components and subsystems to major defence
contractors. The company has five business verticals such as defence and space optics,
defence electronics, heavy engineering, electromagnetic pulse protection solutions, and niche
technologies.
