Through this survey, we aim to understand how exercise influences participants&#8217; daily lives, their motivations for engaging in physical fitness, the challenges they encounter, and their preferences when it comes to workout routines.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>OBJECTIVE<\/u><\/strong> \u2013 This survey aims to analyze how different exercise routines affect personal fitness and gain a deeper understanding of individual exercise habits.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>LITERATURE REVIEW<\/u><\/strong><strong> \u2013 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>The Mental Health Benefits of Exercise.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lawrence Robinson says Regular exercise has been shown to have positive effects on mental health. It can reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression by releasing endorphins, the brain&#8217;s feel-good chemicals. Physical activity also promotes better sleep, increases self-esteem, and boosts cognitive function. Engaging in exercise can be a valuable tool for maintaining overall mental well-being and improving mood.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>How to Start Exercising and Stick to It.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jeanne Segal says that how to begin an exercise routine and maintain consistency. It emphasizes setting achievable goals, finding activities you enjoy, creating a schedule, enlisting social support, and gradually increasing intensity.
