Introduction:
\nA faculty member is a professional who works at an educational institution, such as a university or college, and is responsible for teaching, research, and academic service. They are typically experts in their field of study and are highly educated, holding advanced degrees such as a Master’s or a Doctorate.<\/p>\n
Literature Review:<\/p>\n
This national initiative was able to disseminate teaching skills training to large numbers of faculty at modest cost.(Houston & at al, 2004)<\/p>\n
faculty development may consider how to build support for high-quality relationships, for example, through training, into the institutional infrastructure. These results may help faculty developers to provide baseline information about mentoring.(Laura & at al, 2018)<\/p>\n
Objectives: To compare the teachers and to test the hypothesis.

\nH1: Any one of them is different<\/p>\n
Data Collection:
\nThe data was collected in the class and the students of the class were told to grade from scale 1 to 10 and from this ANOVA was calculated.<\/p>\n
