INTRODUCTION
\nWe know how university students frequently experience depression as a result of their academics.With so many university students who have undiagnosed depression this can negatively impact students’ well-being, their state of mind and on how they conduct their life. When a fairly prevalent problem among students is not treated, the symptoms may get worse and many students may find themselves in a destructive spiral.<\/p>\n

\nThis paper aims to determine the extent of academic stress, depression and anxiety among medical undergraduates and to explore the correlation between academic stressors, psychological stress and socio-demographic background among first year medical students at National University of Science and Technology.(Dube Adiele & Chamisa Judith A & Gundani P. Morgan & Bako Catherine & Lunga M. Carolyne (2018).<\/p>\n
2)\t Philippines
\nPrevention against depression among university students is rare in the Philippines, but is urgent because of the rising rates of suicide among the group. Evidence is needed to systematically identify and assist students with higher levels of depressive symptoms. CONCLUSION:
\n1) Students can manage their academics with extracurricular activities.
\n2) Students are struggling to concentrate during their lectures
\n3) Students have a lot of pressure in their daily studying
\n4) Students get overwhelmed with a lot of parental expectations
\n5) Students are not worried about their career because of huge competition.<\/p>\n
