The millennial generation relay a lot on online shopping. Online shopping addiction has become a growing concern among millennials, who have grown up in an era of digital technology and easy access to online shopping platforms. This research report aims to explore the factors contributing to online shopping addiction among millennials and its impact on their lives.<br \/>\nObjectives \u2013<br \/>\n1. To determine the prevalence of online shopping addiction in millennial.<br \/>\n2. To identify the common triggers and behaviours associated with online shopping millennials.<br \/>\n3. To understand the attitudes and perceptions of millennial towards online shopping addiction and its consequences.<br \/>\n4. Identifying the factors that contribute to online shopping addiction in millennials<\/p>\n<p>Literature Review \u2013<br \/>\n1.\tCollege Students<br \/>\nCompulsive buying has brought many negative effects to college students (M\u00fcller A. et al, 2014), including wasting time, reducing academic performance and increasing financial burden etc. De Zwaan (2011) found many patients with compulsive suffer from comorbid psychiatric disorders, especially anxiety, depression, binge eating disorder, substance use disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder etc. CB is associated with mounting tension,<br \/>\ngeneral distress and lower quality of psychological well-being (Williams A. D., 2012). Therefore, students themselves, parents, experts in relevant disciplines and society should attach great importance to the problem of online shopping addiction of college students, and explore countermeasures to reduce online shopping addiction.( Zhang Et Al 2019)<\/p>\n<p>2.\tProblematic Shopping<br \/>\nGiven the rapid growth of online shopping, researchers have concerns about issues surrounding repetitive problematic behaviors associated with internet-based shopping. According to Rose and Dhandayudham [15], addictive online shopping may negatively influence not only an individual\u2019s daily and social life but also their economic status. Zhao et al. [16] described a tendency to engage in excessive, compulsive, and problematic shopping behavior via the internet that results in consequences associated with economic, social, and emotional problems such as online shopping addiction (Mi Ko Et Al 2020)<\/p>\n<p>Data Collection \u2013<br \/>\n1.
