Five dimensions of management innovation are proposed, namely, strategic dimension, structural dimension, employee motivationanddevelopment dimension, interorganisational relations and partnership
dimension, and ICT dimension. Using survey data of 301 employees fromdifferent companies in Poland, the validation of the management innovationmeasurement instrument was conducted.management innovation in further
research and develop the knowledge about links between MI and an
organisation’s performance or its impact on technological
innovativeness.(Kraśnicka & et al 2016). 2.Innovative Ideas
The basic research method used was a questionnaire, which helpedusgather data and the basic method used for data processing was statistical
analysis. First, we established that there is a progressive correlation betweenthe number of innovative ideas submitted in the past and the number of
anticipated innovative ideas in the future. Second, we established that thefollowing three factors have an impact on innovation and creativity: (1) workand education; (2) working and living conditions; and (3) rewards and
payment. (Franc&Silvo 2011)
3.Conglomerates in Thailand
This paper conducted literature review of innovation management (IM)
models, and analyzed the contextual factors by empirical studies on
successful companies and thereby describing how they organized innovationto propose the conceptual IM model. The factors were criticized and weightedon whether they are relevant and critical to the innovation
management.Similar and important factors of innovation management aresixgroups of factors which are external factors, organizational stance factors, resource allocated factors, innovation management system, build on
experience factors and the measurement of outputs; profit, sales, growthandoutcomes; new customer, customer satisfaction and corporate
image.(Janchome & Thawesaengskulthai, 2015.)
4.Standard
It makes the case for why a standard is important for innovation
management and outlines what a management system is. Innovation
management fundamentals are covered in terms of definitions and different
types of innovation. The eight innovation management principles
(International Organization for Standardisation, ISO 56000) and seven key
innovation management system (IMS) elements (ISO 56002) are
provided. (Hyland& Karlsson, 2022.)
5.Disciplinary Perspectives
In this paper our focus is to provide a management disciplinary
perspective on innovation. We consider leadership, organizational cultureandunderground innovation before we conclude with some future research
avenues. We suggest that management scholars should focus future
research on innovation on managerial power dynamics, managerial support
for underground innovation, managerial characteristics, experiences, leadership styles and behaviors of R&D managers and innovation
failure.( Maksim, 2019)
6.Manager
It analyses the actual state of definition of innovation manager in
companies, it is dealing with their qualities and qualities of ideal innovationmanager. It recommends the ideal placement of innovation manager positionin the organization structure in company working in “Production, sale andoperation of amusement and gaming technology”. (Bočková, 2010.)
7.Implementation
Innovation management is to manage these innovative activities in order toensure the realization of the goal and the optimal efficiency. Thus, innovationmanagement draws the attention of the management academia and social
public. Beginning with the background of innovation management, this paper
will summarize the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholarson innovation management, and then review the concept evolution of
innovation management, relative theoretical studies and classifications, enumerate innovation management tools, and finally propose the scientificproblems of innovation management.(zhu Zhu, 2013)
8.organization
The authors of the article present issues relating to innovation management
in organization. They discuss factors that determine making innovative
decisions as well as new strategy. The authors emphasize a fundamental roleof capital in financing innovative activity conducted by enterprises, and
present one of models for the implementation of public and private capital infinancing this sphere.(Janasz &Janasz, 2012)
9.Strategic Aspects
In practice, the innovativeness of business entities is limited by many factorsof internal and external origin. Internal factors include, among other things, the management factors, the concentration of managers’ attention on current
issues, the limited use of modern management methods, especially strategicmanagement and innovation management. ( Jerzy, 2017.)
10.Framework
Over the last 3 years a niche has emerged for Web-based tools to support
innovation management processes. However, these tools usually focus onalimited part of the innovation management cycle. Moreover, in spite of theinherent portfolio nature of many decisions in innovation management, suchtools tend to lack group decision support capabilities, except for simple
mechanisms using discussion fora and voting systems. We describe a flexibleframework based on collaborative decision analysis to support innovationmanagement processes and outline a Web-based architecture implementingsuch framework.
