Introduction<br \/>\nThis is study which we are conducting to check a few hypotheses regarding customers experience with digital payments we have 5 hypothesis which are as follows &#8211;<br \/>\n1.I receive exactly what I ordered in the way I placed the order.<br \/>\n2.Service here is consistent every time I go.<br \/>\n3.I will recommend this place to my friends.<br \/>\n4.I have an excellent experience when I go to a canteen.<br \/>\n5.My experience with this canteen is bad.<\/p>\n<p>4. Objective<br \/>\nThe objective of this study was to understand the student experience with the canteen service.<\/p>\n<p>5. Data collection<br \/>\nData was gathered with the help of Google form, which were floated amongst students of ITM business school, Kharghar. A total of 100 students filled in their responses in the form. Here, we used the convenient sampling technique.<br \/>\nThe form consisted of following questions &#8211;<br \/>\n1.I receive exactly what I ordered in the way I placed the order.<br \/>\n2.Service here is consistent every time I go.<br \/>\n3.I will recommend this place to my friends.<br \/>\n4.I have an excellent experience when I go to a canteen.<br \/>\n5.My experience with this canteen is bad.<\/p>\n<p>6. Therefore, students are neutral with canteen services as they are consistent in their work.<br \/>\n\u25cf In question three, Z is equal to 1.719076462, which is between 1.96 &amp; -1.96. Therefore, students are neutral with about this canteen and hence they will recommend this place their friends.<br \/>\n\u25cf In question four, Z is equal to 1.738312459, which is between 1.96 &amp; -1.96.
