INTRODUCTION

Online education is a procedure of gaining skills and knowledge through electronic devices like computers, mobiles, laptops, etc using the internet. Online education is a type of educational instruction that is delivered via the internet to students using their home computers. During the last decade, online degrees and courses have become popular alternatives for a wide range of nontraditional students. While students living in remote areas are facing trouble due to slow internet and connectivity issues, city-dwellers too find it challenging. A network problem is no new challenge for anyone living in India or elsewhere.
