INTRODUCTION
India is an agriculture- based country because of the large number of cattle and large mil production most of the dairy and ice-cream industries has developed and India is well ranked in the world. This Industry occupies important place in India. It is one of the consumer goods industries.
OBJECTIVES
The objectives of an ice cream Industry come down to two primary goals – making customers happy and making a profit.

LITERATURE REVIEW
A Study of India’s Ice Cream Market 2017
• Indian ice cream industry is one of the fastest growing segments of the dairy or food processing industry. Currently Ice cream market in India is estimated to be over INR 4,000 crores and is growing at a rate of 15-20% year-on-year. It is projected that by 2019, the market will reach around INR 6,198 crores. India has a low per capita ice cream consumption of ice cream at 400 ml as compared with per capita consumption of ice cream of 22,000 ml in the United States and 3,000 ml in China. With the improving cold chain infrastructure in the country coupled with increasing disposable income and the changing lifestyle, the sector has great potential for growth.
• “A study on consumer preference towards „AMUL PRODUCT‟ in Madurai city”. AMUL (Anand milk produced union limited) formed in 1946, is a dairy co-operative movement in India. India largest food brand trusted Amul product for its quality and product available at affordable price. Amul product enjoying No.1 position in dairy industry this stands to further strength its position. This research is pertaining to find out the present consumer satisfaction of Amul product. Amul product has a good reputation among the consumers in Madurai. So, it can be extended to supply rural area also.

DATA ANALYSIS
As we know that from above Anova calculation, Tabulated value of F for 5% significance level, Degree of freedom of Numerator 3 and Denominator 136.
F (3,136,0.5) = 2.67
CONCLUSION
Since, Calculated value of Anova is grater than the tabulated value, so, we reject Ho and accept H1 and we conclude that there is a significant difference in the variance. Hence, Average Ice-cream Industries of one of the Ice-cream is different.
