Introduction:
Technical Issues is one of the main disadvantage of online classes. Very often, there are compatibility issues with operating systems, browsers or smart phones where the courses never get off the ground or the student doesn’t know how to continue. All this adds to their frustration and reduces student engagement, the learning experience is disrupted and they will probably abandon the course.

Data Collection:

For the above problem 5 questions were framed on Likert scale.
Following are the Questions that were asked in the Survey:

1. I face voice lagging in online classes.
2. I can’t present my screen which leads to lack of communication.
3. I face video lagging in online classes.
4. I face difficulty to login into the meeting.
5. My mobile phone/laptop gets hang which leads to disconnection of the meeting.

Google form was created and we requested our friends to fill the form. Responses was collected in the form of excel sheet and the result was calculated and MU, SD and SE were calculated.
