TITLE – SERVICE OF ONLINE SHOPPING APPS

INTRODUCTION:
In this E-commerce era, every little thing is possible with just a tap on our smartphones. Whether it is apparel, accessories, or electronics, we have online mobile shopping apps for anything and everything. Increase in online shopping has increased importance of online shopping apps. To find out which is the best mobile app based on provided services we have taken a short online survey.

REVIEWS:
1. Amazon apps interface is classic, and it delivers a wide range of goods from electronic goods, mobile accessories, books, home appliances, industrial etc. Its reach is worldwide, and it has a decent service record in India.

2. Besides discounted prices, Amazon and Flipkart also offer a wide range of deals during Great Indian Festival and Big Billion Days sale in the form of flash sales.

DATA COLLECTION:
To find out which is the best mobile app based on provided services we have taken a short online survey with the help of Google form. We have conducted sample survey by sending the questioner to about 30 online shopping app users. Also, we have gone through the online data to find out views made by end users. Participation was solicited via Whatsapp.
Below are the online shopping apps asked to rate on the scale of one to ten i.e. very unsatisfied to very satisfied.
1. AMAZON
2. FLIPKART
3. MYNTRA
4. SNAPDEAL
5. KOOVS

DATA ANALYSIS:
Hypothesis –
H0 : People are satisfied with all 5 online shopping apps.
H1 : People are not satisfied with any one of them.

CONCLUSION:
F at 0.05, 4df, 12df = 2.37
As calculated F is more than tabulated F, reject H0, accept H1, which means people are not satisfied with anyone of them.
