INTRODUCTION:

Shopping consists of two types traditional and online shopping.
In traditional shopping, one has to leave home, either walk or take a ride to the store or shopping center in order to buy what one wants. It also enables one to see the actual product before paying the money. Online shopping is a form of electronic commerce which allows consumers to directly buy goods or services from a seller over the Internet using a web browser. Shoppers’ shopping experiences may vary. Data was coded as +2, +1, 0, -1, -2. After rectifying the missing entries, data was put into an excel sheet. Calculations were done using the formulas given below:
Mean = ∑ X
N
Standard Deviation = ∑(X – x̄)2
N-1
Standard Error = D.
√N
Z Score = X – 0
Σ
√N

If Z > 1.96, people accepted the statement (Positive Response)
If Z -1.96, people are Neutral (Neutral Response)
If Z <-1.96, people rejected the statement (Negative Response)

DATA ANALYSIS:-

Statement 1 Statement 2 Statement 3 Statement 4 Statement 5
