Developed by Unilever, Lux (soap) is now headquartered in Singapore. It celebrated its 90th anniversary in 2018.

They are ranked among the ‘100 most trusted brands’ in the country by Economic Times in 2012. They make superior-quality and affordable products such as perfumes, deodorants and bathing soaps.
POND’S is a brand of beauty and health care products, currently owned by parent company the multinational corporation Unilever. Pond’s Cream was invented in the United States as a patent medicine by pharmacist Theron T. Pond (1800–1852) of Utica, New York, in 1846. Mr. Pond extracted a healing tea from witch hazel [Hamamelis spp.] which he discovered could heal small cuts and other ailments. The product was named “Golden Treasure.” After Theron died, it would soon be known as “Pond’s Extract.”[1]
In 1849, the T. T. Pond Company was formed with Pond and other investors. Soon after, he sold his portion of the company because of failing health. He died in 1852. In 1914, the company was incorporated under the name Pond’s Extract Company.
Objective: To check the Hypothesis to see whether all soaps are same or different.
Data Collection:
The data has been collected from through survey and asked for rating betweenn1-10 total 28 sample collected.
Hypothesis Testing:
It is a method of making decision using data from controlled experiment. Means we perform this test when we make the decision about the population parameter on the bases of the sample statistic.
The two terms are used in this test “Null Hypothesis” and “Alternative Hypothesis”. Null Hypotheses normally is a claim about the population parameter that is considered to be true until it is proved false.
Alternative Hypothesis is used to check the claim whether or not the Null Hypothesis is true.
In analyses of the variance the “ANOVA” is used to check the Null Hypothesis whether or not the means of three or more populations are equal.
The Hypothesis in the analyses of variance is normally stated like;
H₀: all four population means are equal, H₁: all four population means are not equal

Data Analysis:
Df = 111
p-value = 0.3592

From the above data, seeing the P value is 0.3592, which is more than 0.05, so Ho accepted and Rejected H₁Which means all four soaps are equal.
